How a podcast project works
1. Brief and planning. Tell us about your show, your audience and what you want to achieve. We agree the format, the number of episodes, and what you need from us.
2. Recording session. You record in our studio or on location. We set up the microphones and levels, run a quick check and look after the technical side, so you can focus on the conversation.
3. Editing and mixing. Our audio engineer edits out mistakes and dead air, reduces noise, balances voices and levels the loudness. For video podcasts, we also edit the footage.
4. Review and revisions. You listen to a draft and share feedback. We include 2 rounds of revisions as standard.
5. Delivery. You receive the final episodes, plus clips, in the formats you need. Standard editing turnaround is typically two to four weeks for a new show.

Can you record a video podcast?
Yes. We can record your conversation with multiple cameras and edit it for YouTube and social platforms, alongside the audio.
Can you record at our office or at a guest's location?
Yes. We bring a mobile studio to your office, event or another location, with professional microphones and an engineer. There may be additional travel costs for locations further afield.
How many people can record at once?
Our studio can accommodate up to 3 guests on camera, but in larger spaces we can flex our equipment up or down to fit. We’ve produced discussions between 15 people in the past.
Can I record in the studio without using your editing service?
Yes absolutely. If you’d prefer to edit everything yourself, we can hand over the raw audio & video files to you after the shoot.
Do you make clips for social media?
Yes. We cut short audio or video clips from each episode, with captions, so you can promote it on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
